Payment & Billing Details: billing address, tax information, transaction metadata. (Payments are processed by our payment providers; we don’t store your full card number.)
User Content / Inputs: text, files, prompts, conversations, documents, images, audio, or other content you upload or submit while using the Services.
Support & Communications: messages you send to support, surveys, feedback, or participation in beta programs.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, app version, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, clickstream, and errors/crash logs.

Tervio uses AI to generate outputs from your inputs.

Outputs may be inaccurate. AI outputs are provided “as is” and should be reviewed before use.
Model Improvement:
By default, we may use de-identified and aggregated usage data and feedback to improve reliability and performance.
If we plan to use your User Content to train or fine-tune models, we will do so only with your consent, unless otherwise stated in a separate enterprise agreement.
Subprocessors: Some AI processing may be performed by vetted third-party providers under strict confidentiality and security obligations.
